Alpha factor uk closing down sale?

They are having a closing down sale but I'm very surprised they are closing anybody know the reason why? Are the distrubutors changing?

all the links go back to the US site and they say to contact UK reps for pricing, looks like they are streamlining

I heard on the grapevine along while ago that the people in the uk were trying to sell their franchise or however they do it! I hope. We will be able to order from the us site?

An update. The franchise has been sold but orders from the us at the moment. They will take orders from the us but first shipment is in October sigh.
