Men Ankle Update

Ankle update: Ankle is 100% stable and ready to go. He is free to do things, building up slowly, of course. However, in true D fashion, the opposite hip and lower back are tight due to the ankle, so he is going for a few more weeks to get those loose. It is always something!

Great! And it is so smart to work on get the body balanced. Every time my boys have had a major injury something else acted up later in response.

Makes sense, but so frustrating. Hope he gets past this really quick.

Oh, It's not slowing him down at all! It is more just for precaution.
