She missed her tkatchev. It wasn't even close, no replay but didn't even look like her hands touched the bar at all.
Yep, which means not only the fall and no credit for that skills difficulty, means she has no single bar release in her routine, so another 0.5. That explains the 12.Not a brush even, she flew right over it and landed on her feet.

Does anyone know how old they have to be?I love that we get to watch this but I wish they would pull the cameras back a little, especially on bars!
ETA- Wanted to edit the title of this thread to add that I am referring to the P&G.
Just watched the routine again. When she fell from the high bar, she re-started her routine on the low bar, which meant she also was missing a high to low bar transition in her routine. Her D score at classics was 6.4, here 4.7...yikes that was one costly fall.Ah good to know, I was wondering what happened there.
Hopefully day 2 will be less of a splatfest.
Jay Jay sprained her ankle a couple of weeks backAnyone know why Jay Jay Marshall scratched vault? I was really looking forward to seeing it!
O'keefe rocked! But sorry to see so many good gymnasts out of the running due to injury. That seems to be such a wild card. By the way, if you have a slight ankle sprain from vault, what's the danger in still doing bars?
