O

Off the wall

Does anyone know how to "shoot through" after you get out of the back hip circle in level 5?
I sort of understand but my coach says that i am arching my back too much after i come out of the back hip circle. Any pointers to help?

You want you cast to be close to or horizontal and hollow. You should be looking down at the low bar when you cast, this will help you stay hollow. Then you want to make sure you keep you shoulders over the bar ( or you will fall back) and bend only the leg you are 'shooting thru' and shoot it between your arms.

Hope this helps.

look at your shins and stay hollow! :) and follow gymmomntc2e6

there is no "shoot through" in the level 5 routine. i believe she is asking about the clear hip stem rise out of the back circle.

therefore, follow gymluvr post.
