Women Are there any judges on here?

I'm writing a parent guide and I think it would be great to include a little section on what judges want you to know . . .

If you are a judge and you had an opportunity to communicate some things to parents what would you want them to know or keep in mind?

Not a judge, but parents should know that:
1. Judges have to do things to keep their certifications (seminars, classes, workshops, whatever).
2. They are human, and as such, not infallible, but it is not for the parent to question them (leave that to the coach).
3. Judges do not have it in for certain gymnasts.
4. If you happen to see a judge on the way out after a meet, it is ok to exchange pleasantries, but NOT to discuss her judgements. Have a nice night... or thank you for coming are fine... Why didn't you give little Suzie her connection credit on her BWO-BWO or Are you friends with Bob, the HC of Gym X because you gave his team the best scores are NOT!
