ive recently been working on twisting, and my last practice i did my back full and back full and a half on the floor. However one of my coaches told me to "fix" my arm positioning- when i twist (im a righty twister) i pull my left arm in but my right arm stays up by my ears. I tried to fix it but i kept overthinking it and landing short. does it need to be fixed? is it a deduction, if so how much can they take off?
