Gymnasts Back handspring

Hi, I'm an xcel gold gymnast and I struggle with my back handspring. I have been spotted on these for a while and my coaches say I can do my round off back handspring and standing back handspring by myself but I'm still nervous. Please give tips!!
 
If I have a gymnast who is nervous we try to do lots of them in places where they feel comfortable.

On the trampoline, on the tumble track, into the foam pit, on a soft mat, on a resi, off a board, on an air mat etc.

The more you do the more it will start to feel like 2nd nature.

It’s possible that part of the problem is that there is a few in the skill, and that is making it feel wrong. If you post a video it would help.
 
Can you easily hold a wall handstand for over a minute? Can you do handstand shrugs on the wall? Are you flexible enough to push over your shoulders when you do a bridge? Can you do a back limber?

If yes, then you got it! Just have confidence. If no, keep on working on your strength and flexibility. The confidence will come as your skills improve.
