I have a few questions about backward shoulder rolls on beam.

(1) When I'm sitting on the beam and lean backwards to grab the beam for my roll, can I put my hands down behind me before I lean back for support, or would that be a deduction?

(2) When I go over into my backward roll with both legs in front of me on the beam, one is straight, one is bent; I start to bring the bent leg over, but pull the straight leg up to join it, can I keep the bent leg bent the entire time until it lands on the beam, or would I get deductions for that? (hope this is making sense)

(3) When grabbing the beam once I'm laying on the beam, can I grab underneath the beam, or do my hands have to stay only on the sides?

I hope these made sense. I would ask my coaches, but they don't know either.
Help would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks in advance :)

Beam deductions

Hi everyone! I’m hoping to get some help understanding my deductions on beam. I’ve been watching my videos back, but I’m having trouble figuring out exactly where the judges are taking the most off. If anyone is willing to take a look and give me some feedback, I’d really appreciate it. I’m especially curious about execution deductions, rhythm/connection issues, and anything in my acro or dance that might be costing me. The judge started me at a 10 for this routine, and I got a 9.1
