I was wondering what this dismount was, the caption says it is a triple full, but can you just do one, and what's the difficulty of it?

I assume you're asking about the value of a flyaway full? It's a B, and it's a legitimate dismount.

The dismount in the video you linked to is a flyaway triple full. I don't know the difficulty, but I'd guess a D or E. It's not an easy dismount.

The JO Code Of Points lists a Flyaway triple twist as an E. I'd love to see that dismount done with a super stuck landing! Awesome!
