Hi all! Im a parent of a 12 year old gymnast who struggles with her bars. She had to stop during covid because we live in Asia, so she has had to work hard just to continue. She is tall (like 5"4), and struggles with her squat on and baby giant. Can I have some tips to do at home and at practice to help to nail them?
