Women Beam Progression

What is the best progression from taking a skill from a floor.line to the high beam? For example, Back walkover or a backhand spring

Floor line, laser beam, low beam with panel mats (remove panels as you go), low beam, high beam with resi, high beam

(spots can be used on any beam you need)

This is the most common for my gym, but do what is the most comfortable for you
