Floor line, laser beam, low beam with panel mats (remove panels as you go), low beam, high beam with resi, high beam

(spots can be used on any beam you need)

This is the most common for my gym, but do what is the most comfortable for you
We don't have a laser beam, so we went (making 5 in a row to move up):
Floor line, low beam with panel mats (remove panels as you go), low beam, crank beam (cranked all the way down, cranking up 1 complete turn every 5 in a row), crank beam on competition height, high beam.
Obviously, this wouldn't all happen in 1 day, especially with BWO. The next day, either start where you left off or move back 1 step. If you are REALLY struggling, go back to floor beam with panel mats, but making 3 in a row before moving up each step.

Along with floor line/laser beam, I'd always recommend working the skill upwards [like up onto a panel mat].

What is a resi?
A big squishy mat. also might be called a portable pit/portapit.
