Women Beep...then music

Does anyone know if there is supposed to be a certain number of seconds between the beep and the music start and when the music starts being timed. Is the timing right after the beep or when the actual song starts? I've also read that the time starts when the gymnast starts moving.

Timing begins when the gymnast moves. Not sure how far between the beep and music -- generally a few beats.

DD's music is slightly long, so her routine is choreographed with her standing still for the first bar or so of the music so she doesn't risk going overtime.
