Women Being nosy

Anyone know who this is about? Just being nosy. Saw this on a gymnastics blog I follow. I can't think of anyone who was supposed to compete internationally this year, and then didn't.

I saw that. Chiles was my guess too. Was pulled out of a couple of things.

Chiles would be my guess too - she was meant to compete a couple of World Cup events and suddenly replaced without explanation
