My L4 (YAY!) is having trouble with her ROBHS. She has a decent one on the trampoline but her one on the floor is pretty bad. After an open gym she figured out her problem is she doesn't move her arm from her round off position to her bhs position fast enough having her hand to the side causing her to bend it. Any ideas on how to fix it?
