Gymnasts Best Vault Option For Xcel Diamond

Can someone please help me?
I am struggling to determine what the best vault option would be. I am an Xcel Diamond.
Last year I competed a 1/2 on 1/2 off as an Xcel platinum.
I am struggling to find a vault to do this year.
Please give me ideas of what to do and what vaults to stay away from.

I have started working that but then I get lost when trying to twist. Do you know any good drills I could try>
