Last night I was doing a lot of bars (I got my double back off pit bar! :D) and when I finished I noticed that I had gotten a blood blister :( I have a meet next weekend so I want it to heal quickly so my bars can be good this week! So last night I popped it and covered it with a band-aid. This morning I shaved off some of the extra skin (but it still looks the same) and put some chapstick on it. Should I shave it some more and do a lot of chapstick and tea bags or should I just leave it as it is now?

For it to heal quicker you need to have the callous completely gone. If you don't it will heal but there will still be the pocket of skin from when you popped it. After you've got the callous gone chapstic and tea bags work wonderfully. Good Luck

Right before you go to sleep, rub a little Preparation H on it then put a clean white sock over it and go to bed like that. It'll sting but it works reeeally well on rips and blisters
