My daughter (5yo rec gymnast) would really like to get her bridge kickover. She can do a pretty good straight arm bridge, rock back and forth in the bridge, lift one leg, and lift the other leg, but doesn’t have the actual kickover part. Are there exercises or progressions she could try at home to work towards it? Also, does it matter which leg she kicks first? We do have a gymnastics mat for safety. Thanks!!
