I was reading Womens Artistic Gymnastics Xcel Code of Points and came across this,

E. Platinum Division Allowable Value Parts and Restrictions
1. Only A / B VP elements and C Dance VP elements.
2. Allowable C element receives B VP credit.
C or higher VP elements are not allowed, except C Dance elements.

what are some C Dance elements/C Dance VP elements? and would putting in my routine help me score higher?

You do not score higher by doing "harder" skills. There is no bonus in Xcel except for Sapphire. You will only score higher if you compete cleaner than everyone else.

I think a split-half, tuck 3/4, and ring jump (on beam for all I know) are C skills

They aren't worth it unless they are perfect (or better than your A and B options), but here is a list for Beam:
Switch leap
Split jump ½ or split in side position
Straddle ¼ or straddle in side position
Fouette to land in scale
Pike in side position or pike ½ or ¾ from cross position
Straight jump 1/1
Cat leap 1/1
Tuck ¾
Wolf ¾
Ring jump
And here is a list for Floor:
Split jump 1/1
Switch side
Pike 1/1
Straddle 1/1
Schush 1/1
Tourjete ½ , tourjete ring
Ring ½ or 1/1, Switch ring
Straight jump 2/1
Cat leap 1 ½
Tuck 1 ½
Wolf 1/1
