Camp!

i'm going to flip fest soon and I've never been to a gymnastics camp before and I have no idea what to expect.. so is there anything you would suggest taking or anything?? any help is great!

A great attitude and LOTS of sport bras and leos. I've done Lake Owen for about 12 years and am coaching for my first one this year and you go through a leo EACH practice with how hot it gets there and humid in the gyms. No lies!! Have fun!!!
