Women Can a higher level gymnast do levers?

Can the average L8/L9/L10 female gymnast do front and back levers, planches or hollow back press?

I know it's common among men's gymnastics and I get there are some female elites who can do it if they have genetic benefits or are soooo well conditioned. But I am talking about the average higher Level gymnast. Thank you!

Do they? I thought the girls never really train for them...

They'd have to train them! Those moves do require some technique. But I'm guessing the average L8-10 girl could get a back lever quicker than the average L5 boy.
