Hi, my dd and I were watching some videos, and we saw this super cool skill-have no idea what it is called. Thought our buddies here could help us out!

It was on the beam, gymnast starts to do a back handspring, then twists around before her hands touch the beam and ends up doing a front walkover...very cool, very pretty and...
so what's it called????

Then what is it when they stop in the handstand? That is a beautiful move too.

onodi did that too. although it's been argued that shannon miller did it that way first.
