I haven't been here for a while, but I remember some time ago, there was a thread with a link to a video with an MD who talks about common gymnastics injuries and prevention. I think he talked about wrist and back. I've been searching for this video, but can't find it. Does anyone know what I'm talking about and know where it is? Thanks!

I was doing multiple searches, but I couldn't remember enough about the thread or the video to get it. I was using words like "doctor" "back injury" and getting dozens of unrelated threads.
