Does anyone have some good ideas for brief cardio warmups that would be appropriate for ~25 college-aged men and women with a wide range of skill abilities? Many are complete beginners but we also have ex level 10s. We have been doing a lot of basic runs around the floor, but would love other ideas such as games. We have access to an entire gym with basic equipment including a full floor, a rod tumble strip, pit, etc. We have basic landing mats but no panel mats for plyos.
