Parents Cast Handstand - Yippee!

So excited for little dd (7 yr old, Level 5) - when I picked her up from practice she matter-of-fact-ly told me she got her cast handstand! She thought it was cool, but not really a big deal (and not that hard, according to her). I just went along with it. I'm utterly surprised what she learns on a regular basis! So excited for her.

That's Awesome! I love it when my DD comes out to the car with exciting news! I would only add that I hope she's not going against the coaches advise or trying these new things on her own. CHS isn't typically introduced at L5... so I would be concerned about who's spotting her.

She wasn't spotted, she did it by herself, but under coaches direction and supervision. We up train alot and they plan to take her optional next year, so I think it's all good!

Awesome! My niece is a L5 and she just got this skill too (under her coaches watchful eye as well).
