Parents Casting

I have seen some people talking about the casting height requirement for the higher levels. Is there one for L4 bars? And if so what is it?

L4 does not have a cast angle requirement. L5 needs to cast to horizontal. Although I have noticed the top scorers at L4 do tend to hit Horizontal or slightly above.
