I just started my own gym about 2 weeks ago. I am a just a small town basic gymnastics more of a fun learning. I used to do gymnastics and when I did gymnastics, we did a check sheet that had all the different things on it that were in each of the levels. Does anyone know of a check sheet list that they might use or have.
Thanks in advance.

I think I know what he needs, but it's hard to explain over the internet. :)
In the gym I go to, all the kids (13 and under, non competetive), have a small blue book. In it, it lists skills like forward roll, handtsand, etc., and when a certain gymnast gets a certain skill, the coach puts a little check mark in the box corasponding to that skill. It's a way for the kids and coaches to 'visually' track a gymnasts improvment. Atleast, that's what I think he meant. ;)

On topic though, you'll probably have to make your own, according to the way YOU teach gymnastics.
