Random thought occurred to me while watching Night 1 of US Champtionships? Does Chellsie's husband get as nervous for her as we parents get for our athletes (think Aly Raisman's parents and their viral videos watching Aly compete). Sending him lots of calming mojo as being a spectator is super nerve-wracking!

In the post-Classics Chellsie video they finally got him on camera to talk about watching her--he said it was the most nervous he'd been in his life, including when their kids were born.
