Chicago Style Meet Gymnast Party

Does anyone know anything about this?

Has your child/you ever attended, what goes on?

My dd is asking about the Party and what they do there and I have no idea, so I thought that I'd ask our general public!

I have been to a few and while I cant say for sure what will happen... the ones I have been to have had food/drinks/desserts/etc. There also might be a DJ for some dancing and sometimes organized games. Each one is different but it gives the gymnasts a chance to interact with other teams and meet new people. I always had fun. Hope that helps.

my girls went to the party one year and it was ok but they preferred the hotel swimming pool with friends every year after...

I also agree with socko, I have always had more fun with my team at hotel swimming pools. Although everybody says, "oh you'll meet new friends" its always pretty awkward, especially in the beginning, because people only talk with team mates.
