I have got dd a mounted chin up bar to practice chin ups, leg lifts and tuck and pike hangs. I have mounted high enough so that dd needs to use a stool to reach. My dd does her chin ups from standing on the stool and holding the bar with straight arms and then pulls up (can only do around 4 at the moment) is this ok to do it this way or does she need to do hanging chin ups (she can only do theese with me holding her steady and she does the pulling up. I was suprised she could do chin ups from the stool. Dd can do a hanging tuck by brining her knees to her chest but can't get her legs very high in a hanging pike yet.

Beam deductions

Hi everyone! I’m hoping to get some help understanding my deductions on beam. I’ve been watching my videos back, but I’m having trouble figuring out exactly where the judges are taking the most off. If anyone is willing to take a look and give me some feedback, I’d really appreciate it. I’m especially curious about execution deductions, rhythm/connection issues, and anything in my acro or dance that might be costing me. The judge started me at a 10 for this routine, and I got a 9.1
