I have closed shoulders on everything. Vault, backhandsprings, casts on bars etc. A coach has tried to help me but nothing works. Any tips or drills?

We have this one as well.My daughter uses something called an open shoulder trainer. I bought it at the link below. I recently donated it to her gym since my DD has no need for it anymore, they use it all the time with the kids. Link Removed
