Women Coaching Injury Update

It's been a month since I got my hand pinched while lowering the vault. It is looking pretty good. It is still sensitive if I touch it or bang it on something, and yet it is also still numb. It is also sort of hard, so I guess there is a good deal of scar tissue. Speaking of scar, I think it should scar nicely. Always a story to tell when you've got scars.

Uh the gray area looks necrotic...have you had a doctor look at it?

That's the pic I was referencing in my comment...if it looks like that weeks after the injury and is numb....
