my daughter aged 13 wants to be an elite or optianols coach in gymnastics, and watching her spot a little, shes's really not that bad, and is eger to learn all the knolege, she studys the sport all the time, watching videos and reading about it. She is currently training for level 6 i just don't know when she should start really coaching or getting into that part of career. Should she start at 18 or 16 or wait till after she's done with gymnastics?

It's always a great opportunity for a gymnast to start coaching rec when they are old enough! Usually the gym can work their schedule around their practices and allow them to do both when possible. My son coached after his practice 1-2 days per week when he was 15+
