USAG Level 10, with a D or E skill. Example, Vault a chenko 1 1/2, Bars Yeager, bail handstand and double lay dismount.

Difficulty is essentially the same as level 10. They changed vault recently so a 1 1/2 is needed for a 10 sv on vault, but most D1 gymnasts still only do full, like level 10. College UB and beam routines tend to have fewer elements than the best level 10 routines, level 10 is more strict about composition and up to level deductions beyond special requirements. Floor is very similar.

Here are the rules if interested. It’s not very long because it presumes knowledge of the JO code. Link Removed

Beam deductions

Hi everyone! I’m hoping to get some help understanding my deductions on beam. I’ve been watching my videos back, but I’m having trouble figuring out exactly where the judges are taking the most off. If anyone is willing to take a look and give me some feedback, I’d really appreciate it. I’m especially curious about execution deductions, rhythm/connection issues, and anything in my acro or dance that might be costing me. The judge started me at a 10 for this routine, and I got a 9.1
