What does conditioning look like at your gym?
Our gym focuses mostly on legs and core. No arms, no ankle stability, etc.
For the past year there has been an uptick in injuries and I am wondering if the possible lack of conditioning might be an underlying issue. I know it is may not been the main issue but seeing what your gym does might better help me understand if there should be something different going on.

Monday: Cardio
Tuesday: Bar Conditioning
Thursday: Bosu Ball (a bit of everything)
Friday: Bar Conditioning
Saturday: Bosu Ball

We do a bit of everything everyday, but upper body conditioning is done everyday (rope climbs, chin ups, press handstands, push ups and the like). Some days we add a little weight training patterns like shoulder presses, lateral raises, rows,... We do some lower body or plyometrics also everyday and some core too.
If we don't run out of time at the end of training or as side station we add a little prehab, though that's less consistent than what we'd like.
