Thanks everyone. We have is bar at home. Is there any conditioning moves you would suggest a 7 year old bronze could practice on it to help off set the lack of practice time at the gym? Nothing tricky since I would not know how to help but maybe things like hanging on bar and touching toes to it?
Yes talked to head coach and she told me the reason they dont get time on the bar is there is too many kids at our gym but they practice hollow holds on the ground. 🤔

Thank everyone so much! I will definitely start her doing at least some of the basics like chin ups and leg lifts at home. I will save the bigger skills for the gym but I see what people were talking about the progression!
I may also be having further discussion with the coaches but I have noticed since they told me that they have managed to "find" a little more time for our group to practice. 🤫
