Hello!
I'm coaching a camp soon and it looks like I'm on free x rotations (leaps, turns, etc). I have a ton of dance experience, especially ballet, but I struggle with drills that will help the older girls leaps and jumps as ballet technique doesnt always transfer over to gymnastics. (Tour jete for example). If anyone could point me in the right direction that would be so helpful!
 
This is my most recent conditioning circuit my girls did! Hope this helps!
Conditioning: Leap/Split Jump Focus w/ Leg Strength and Flexibility

Kicks with one hand on wall
Step kick to wall
Oversplits
Slider splits
Seated straddle leg lifts, right left center, pushing into hands on floor
Leg lifts on a knee
Standing leg lifts
Standing leg lifts up and over mat
Standing pike against wall (back to wall, reach down into pike)
Feet elevated straddle and pike
5 hops to split jump/jump combo
One leg on mat straight, kicking up back leg
One leg on mat straight, kicking up front leg
Split jumps/jump combo on 8 inch mat
Calf raises on hard surface
Resistance Band kicks/ leaps/ jumps
