Can someone please explain the diamond floor requirements? I'm most concerned about tumbling. I know you need a b Salto. I feel like a lot of the examples string 3 skills together. Such at ro BHS full. Can you do a ro back tuck and then a front tuck front pike? If the gymnast cannot connect the front pick to the front tuck I know the front pick can be isolated. What would that other pass need? Does it need a Salto?

If I recall platinum needed 2 connected skills with one being a Salto? Do the passes in diamond all need a Salto skill?

If the front pike is isolated, would need a third pass but it does not have to include a salto (since the round-off/back tuck and front pike cover the salto requirements). The third pass would just need 2 flight skills, like round-off/back handspring or front handspring step-out/round-off.

Each pass needs at least 2 flight skills (one must be a salto)

you need 2 different saltos (can be the same direction or the same shape, but can not be the same salto twice)

Beam deductions

Hi everyone! I’m hoping to get some help understanding my deductions on beam. I’ve been watching my videos back, but I’m having trouble figuring out exactly where the judges are taking the most off. If anyone is willing to take a look and give me some feedback, I’d really appreciate it. I’m especially curious about execution deductions, rhythm/connection issues, and anything in my acro or dance that might be costing me. The judge started me at a 10 for this routine, and I got a 9.1
