So, I started Gymnastics when I was 6 years old and got pretty good! At 11, I quit and now, at 14, I have recently started back just doing basics. I am going to college in 4 years time and will practice at there NAIGC team and I will also practice at a local gym (DeVeau's, because I'm hoping to get into Purdue). I sometimes have fear but I am deadly serious about becoming elite! The biggest skills I have at the minute are back full on floor, handspring and half on vault. I haven't started giants on High Bar yet! Do I have a realistic chance of becoming an elite?

Here is your honest answer. Is it remotely possible maybe. Is it realistic no.

Most likely no, but don't let that stop you from going as far in the sport as you can!

You are 14 and don't have giants so I would say, in answer to your question, you do not have a realistic chance at becoming elite...

If 14 + 23 still equals 37 then maybe a definite maybe not.

Yeah...I'm confused. Didn't you post something about needing help for a meet name? I don't know many 14 yr olds holding meets :-/

Hmm...I also don't know many 14 year olds wanting to know how to start a booster club...

or posting on the WAG board about competing NAIGC...
