Dominique Dawes - Envision CD

Hey guys! Has anyone here heard Dominique's Motivational CD? I just got it today. Dani and I haven't listened to the whole thing yet, but so far it is awesome! She is very upbeat and the cd seems to be geared to tweens, teens and adults. Here is a pic...she autographed it too!

Thanks! That was cool, huh? The cd is really good. It's about 30 minutes or so and she really gears it to young athletes. Dani listened to it in the car and she was really into it and could follow along with it--it wasn't "over her head" like most motivational cd's are. She gives a lot of useful info and things that the kids can start using in their everyday lives now to help them be strong adults. She talks about peer pressure, and having confidence and how to deal with setbacks...it's really good. If anyone is interested, Dom's website is www.dominiquedawes.com. I think it is $15.00.
