It is her first camp ever (college gymnastics camp) and it is a sleep over. She was a nervous wreck. She was rooming with a girl from her old gym. We didn't see this other girl when we first arrived. DD kept going.. "What if she is sick, what if they didn't come, OMG, what if they were in a car wreck?" When we finally found the other family, their DD had the same look of pure relief on her face as my daughter did. LOL
As she is my third child growing up and off to her own camp, I wasn't too much of a basket case. The other mom was all teary eyed and her daughter kept looking at her as if she had horns sprouting out of her head. Ohhh.. preteens, gotta love them!
When the team girls came to get the campers, our DDs took off and never looked back. I am sure they will have a wonderful time. I can't wait to hear all the stories!
