Could you share the name of the high school with me please?
There may be more but schools with a gymnastics team that also have a private gymnastics club located in the same city are Solon, Chagrin Falls, Kenston, Mentor, Medina, Brecksville, Twinsburg, and Brunswick. I know there are more, I just cannot think of them.

One thing to take into consideration, and I do not know if this will be an issue or really that it is applicable to only the agency my exchange student went through. However, when she looked into choosing Canada, (preferred by her father for safety reasons) the agency could not guarantee that she would be placed in the English speaking parts of the country. Since she had spent years learning English and wanted to be placed where she could really use what she knew. And she didn’t speak any French..

High schools with gymnastics teams in Washington state:

I don’t know anything about other states but I know WA.
Of these WA high schools, I highly recommend Mead HS in Spokane WA. My sister’s kids go there and it is a great school. They have one of the top gymnastics teams in the state. Dynamic is a club gym that is fairly close to the HS and near a bus line. Traffic isn’t too bad and people tend to be very nice over there, so you might find another gym parent to give your daughter a ride. Spokane in general is pretty promising.

thenk you for your answer, we tend to like midlle size cities better than large cities, but really we woud just like to sort out all the issues to see if this is possible, that wouldbe the priority. doyou have any suggestions of cities?
Maybe look for suburbs in high performing regions, then? Plenty of high performing gyms in the Chicago suburbs, the Dallas Fort Worth area, or Orlando suburbs (as mentioned by a previous poster).

Good luck!
