Ive really been having some fear/confidence issues lately. On beam ive always struggled with confidence but it has put me in a rut.I cant seem to flip backwards off of stuff (or forwards for that matter lol) i never let go in flyaways and i have a major fear of tucks off beam(front or back)I can do a good back tuck just standing on floor but when it comes to beam (or off of a panel mat) i cant make myself do it like my body just freezes.I used to be fine with this stuff.Same with running into a front tuck off beam i can do a standing one but that gives me no power so i always land sitting down.Any help/input would be GREATLY appreciated:o
