I want to compete as a prep op advanced this year, but I need a flight element on beam. I've been having lots of trouble with my back handspring. Is there any others that I could do in the mean time?

round off, front handspring step out, dive cartwheel. Those are the only ones I can think of at the moment!

I had a lot of problems with back handsprings too do i do round offs, and that leads you too round off back tuck dismount too.
I'm sure your back handspring will come with time, after a year of putting up with them i almost have them!

we have prep ops for the first time this year and they are either doing bwo bwo or bhs (depending on which one they can do). in my area we only have one level of prep op, but i know when we go to out of town meets, they will compete as prep op silver.. so i'm not sure what that is equivalent to...?
