Neat Video!! Wish I had noticed sooner, one of the people involved was at J's gym last week.

Also, starting today the owner of that website (Rick McCharles) and two others will be putting on a week long "Camp" at J's gym. I think it is more geared towards teaching the coaches how to coach but whatever, its neat.
