Women Floor Music - does this contain 'human voices'

My daughter wants to use this song for floor next year, but we aren't positive on what is considered human voice and if this contains it. Specifically at 0:27 (this link starts right at that part). It sounds like a whistle but is it human? Don't know. Is whistling considered 'human voice' in the new rules?
