Flyaway Fulls

I'm wondering if anyone can give me some tips for layout flyaway fulls. I have awesome layout flyaways but when I spin I get lost in the air and don't know where I am and lose my height. I'm also not staying straight after about 3/4 of the spin where I pike it around to land on my feet but also drop my chest which is resulting in some ugly and low landings to my knees. Hard to explain without a video but any tips or pointers? Thanks!

I would recommend taking it down to a 1/2 and making sure your height and technique are perfect there before you work back into a 1/1. Breaking it down can often work wonders. Good luck!

need video. and work double tuck flyaways instead.

Thanks Esoteric. And Dunno, I've worked them too! But because I'm 5'6'' everyone says I look beautiful spinning. Why are double backs better?

ahh....okay. twisting might be a better option. but still need to see video.
