Women Setting in back full

Hi! I have been having trouble with my back layout full, my coaches say that I need to wait longer and set more but it’s just not clicking, I have a good layout where I set but when I try to do the full, I twist right off the ground. Any tips? Thanks so much!

For me I kind of have to trick myself that I’m only doing a backlayout in order to set better and not twist off the ground. I’d also recommend working on polishing your back half first because it really helped me in getting my full.
