I've been working on free hips for platinum, but have a really hard time with the kip up part. I've tried doing cast away kips to practice, but I can't keep my legs up, or find the rhythm. I either drag my legs across the floor, or end up jamming them down. I think I also need to open/extend more out of it, but any tips or drills would be super helpful!!
