For xcel platinum, can I do a free hip on high bar? I'm having trouble with the kip-up after, on low bar, and am curious if instead I could put it on high bar. All the other girls in platinum at my gym do it on low bar (most of them hit their feet, we all have trouble with the kip up). Is doing it on high bar uncommon for a good reason? Why haven't I seen it? Is it allowed?
